Ensure eyelashes are clean of makeup or other products. Remove cap and twist base of pen until product appears at top of wand. Starting from above the lashline, sweep wand several times across the eyelashes. For best results close your eye when applying so that upper and lower lashes are evenly coated. Use nightly.
