How much do you charge for shipping?
Our shipping is based on standard Royal Mail postage charges. For Royal Mail 48, it will be £2.70, Royal Mail 24 will be £4.99 and Royal Mail International Parcels (tracking inclusive) will be £8.99. Tracking in UK parcels may add on the price.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all methods of payment. We accept debit/credit card payment, PayPal, American Express and Apple Pay

Will I receive a bill/invoice?
Once you place an order, a bill/invoice will automatically generate and be sent directly to the e-mail address you have provided
with your order. There is an item I would like but I do not see it in the inventory.

What can I do?
You are more than welcome to contact us by e-mailing us on the Contact Us page or calling us on our telephone number and enquiring about the product you would like.
I have placed an order but it has not arrived.

What do I do?
All our items are shipped within a day of receiving an order. If you do not receive it due to some reason, you can e-mail us and we will address the matter accordingly to the best of our ability.
We are a business seller and would like to order items in bulk.

Are we eligible for a discount?
If you are a business seller and would like to regularly order from us, we are more than happy to provide you with a discount. If you are able to provide us with the relevant information, we can put certain privileges to your account and thus, make you eligible for discounted items. Certain ranges are not eligible for reduction in price.

Does my product get charged with VAT?
As we are a UK based retailer, we are charged VAT on all products and are obliged to do so ourselves.
